Order confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm.
Dispatch
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of placing your order. You will receive another email when your order has been dispatched. We do our best to ship it out as fast as possible.
UK Delivery
Delivery within the U.K. is sent express, and you should receive your item within 2-5 working days. Delivery is a flat fee of £5.00 for express. We offer free delivery for all orders £50 and over.
Australia Delivery
Delivery within Australia is sent express via AusPost, and you should receive your item within 1-3 working days. Delivery is a flat fee of $10.00 for express. We offer free delivery for all orders $100 and over.
EU Delivery
Delivery within the EU is usually 2 – 7 working days and costs £15. We offer free delivery for all orders £70 and over.
International Delivery
For international orders, we offer Standard shipping (3-17 days) for £5 or Express shipping (2-11 days) for £15. Orders £75 and over are sent Express for free.

Please note that delivery times are dependent upon individual postal providers and are subject to any delays they might experience. We will always do our best to ensure you are informed if a delay occurs.
Exchanges & Returns
As the nature of the products is skincare, unfortunately we do not provide any returns or exchanges.
Please allow around 2 – 4 weeks for your skin to experience the benefit of our products and to see longer lasting effects.

Faulty Products
We sincerely apologise for any faulty products. Please contact our team via info@amatusskin.com with your order number, any necessary imagery and description of the fault and we will work with you on a resolution as soon as possible.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not eligible to be returned.
Cancelling Orders
Should you wish to cancel an order, please email us directly. If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel this and provide a full refund. However, if the order has left us, unfortunately we cannot cancel this and the exchange and return policy then applies.
